With M1/M2/M3 CHip Macbook Connection
If your laptop is M1/M2/M3 chip, you need to buy the H5-T (ASIN:B0DDTCJNYD) connect the ‘DP’ port of the 2nd monitor to make it work.

Bracket Mode

2. If it doesn’t light up at all, it means that there is no power supply. Connect the USB cable to the Type-C port for power.
