Why we prepare two kinds of top rings for you?
For aesthetic reasons, if we only provide the top ring for the E26 base and an E11 adapter base to fit tables with harp support, the appearance would not be acceptable. Therefore, we have decided to offer you two types of tops instead.

There are 3 different fitting for the shape which are clip-on, uno, Euro and spider, this lamp shade is the spider fitting which is a metal ring with three or more arms that extend upwards and inwards towards the center of the lamp shade.
How do I know the size lampshade to order for my lamp?
For table lamp shades (Drum, French, Empire), measure base width and total height. Shade width ≈ 2x base width; height ≈ 1/3 lamp height. Ensures proportion.
